a little counter intuitive don't you think ? i mean the product comes from the problem you're solving and then you think of UX to best execute the product. do you mean to say once you have figured out the problem, you will first imagine the UX then make the product?

not surprised - sovereignty spectrum comes from basically the app spectrum. more apps care about convenience / utility over ensuring data ownership etc -> so more innovation has happened on the left side..

Do crypto conferences have stand up comedy events / crypto roast shows? Attended quite a few this year but can't seem to recall seeing any side event like this. Could be super fun & even go viral - In general roast of crypto ethos vs reality - Roasting specific influencers - L2 rap battles @emilyy marketing roast gave me this idea..

Botting such as this can lead to very low quality experience for users on decentralised p2p networks such as warpcast. Been thinking about how to solve this here as we do a lot of sybil /bot filtering for other web3 dApps Imo the only way to beat AI spam is AI agents- as they can evolve with spammy agents (adversarial training). Static rules stop working sooner than later

It's been 2 years since in the space of using data to drive growth for crypto products ( targeting , retention data based product iterations etc.) Tbh it has been difficult to get organic demand for dApps - either too small to care about analytics, or looking for exit with quick token launches where they don't care about bots etc. In the last 1 month though, seen a change with ~10 dApps inbound around helping them get the right users for a given reward budget (e.g. willing to pay 10$ in rewards to users who've in the past been power users of perps etc.) Wonder what's the trigger here...
