Crypto X SEC Laws - Securities must be registered with SEC - Registered securities are subject to requirements that don't work for crypto traded on SEC regulated venues - Because a securities designation is a death blow for most digital assets so the crypto industry avoides it

Your first idea is usually not perfect. It's okay to "Pivot" Some tips for pivoting if something goes wrong👇 - Must have a strong bais towards reversible decisions - Need to ideate and build quickly after the first failure - Need to have ability ti disprove assumptions quickly
