Our team loved it so much we got her permission to repost it here so you can all get a behind the scenes look at how your software is made. We hope you enjoy.

"So my first day of travel, I did all my work at a rest stop to have some free time to hack/build/socialize at ETH Denver, so I pulled into a rest lot, and worked on existing stuff I had going on (the same project that will be releasing with XXXXXX).

All was well, the sky was clear, and it looked like smooth sailing from here on out. ETH Denver here I come.

Fast forward to the next morning after I've driven another couple hours and drank my scolding hot FlyingJ (gas station) coffee, I get a telegram DM from @fubuloubu about how ape-safe isn't working for proposing a tx for someone. Fk

(Footnote, proposing a tx using a safe is just making a tx public so other signers can look and sign or propose a counter, etc. So it is weird that an account not having a balance would cause, it shouldn't, hence the bug…)

So I swerve off the road and carefully-but-not-completely-safely rush to the nearest public park. (Mind you, the sun isn't even up yet and the overpriced coffee has yet to kick in)

With internet, a parking spot, and mild caffination secured I'm set. I cozy up, cook up some eggs in my jet boil because I'm too hungry to care about estimating gas (badum tissss) and get to work.

I'm trying to charge my laptop in my car because I have an AC adapter but it just isn't working, I'll have to check the manual regarding that. 52% should be enough though…

I'm working outside in February in Colorado, partially to prove to myself that I can handle this situation when I'm on the road. It feels like I'm out at sea, fixing a sail, while a storm is brewing along the horizon.

Anyway, I remembered seeing @banteg's tx service API had something for estimating gas. Duh. Now it all makes sense. Use that. I bet banteg was even doing that in the original and just accidentally folded out during the ape migration.

Its so cold. The sun is barely peeking out as the sky shifts in color and the clouds morph into arcane shapes. I did what I could to get passing tests and an updated feature opened in a pr, assuming it would work..

It didn't work right away, had something wrong in the url, doggie fixed the typo and then to my surprise it actually fixed their problem! With the sun starting to rise just as the fix was submitted, it felt like the heavens were congratulating my success.
