This is the airline equivalent of the American upper-middle class: solidly better than cattle class, but the upper class of business is within literal and taunting view, consigning one to anxiety at the precarity. The truly wealthy are of course on an entirely different plane.

Whilst in Europe the business class product is still inferior to the premium plus product of the US carriers
