Completing Couch to 5k as a Non-runner. Week 1 thoughts. 1. My main motivation is to increase stamina and energy, so far I'm still tired but that's probably work and uni fatigue. 2. The runs aren't as hard as I thought they would be. 3. Interval running (60s on 90s off) is a great way to ease into it and stops the boredom I've felt when previously trying to run. 4. Having a group of friends for accountability and to celebrate their wins makes sir easier. 5. There's a good choice of trainer's to narrate your runs so you don't have to time yourself. 7/10 for week 1. Let's see how week 2 goes 💪🏼
