first cold plunge today in one of these - it's not just cold, it's physically painful - ran in place for 5 mins beforehand to raise body temp + build up courage - asked my wife to stay with me, she did not, could've died wtf - managed 1 minute @ 10c - water wasn't high enough, fml - felt good later PS pic not me lol

I'd be tempted to get one but not sure how practical it would be to have in my patio. I'd probably have to get some sort of security belt with a lock to prevent kids from opening it.

I used to swim in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Ireland until end of October. Stopped because I my hands and feet were painful. I’ll say the swimming helps
