its post-DAO, and so lacks the liabilities of quorums to hit or a team to overdetermine what the token does, but also has CC0, open source vibes & large holders who show up so stuff actually gets shipped

its just a brand - pure aesthetics and vibes - and somehow also a memecoin, but without the toxic dynamic where the only people who care also want to get rid of what they care about ASAP. i dont look at this pic and think about anything remotely related to a memecoin, which is why most memecoins will always, forever be insignificant. because thats all they are

we talk a lot about making crypto less speculative, but struggle to offer concrete examples of products that can do that without losing any user interest

higher does it - not by carving out the speculative part, but by building up lore & aura around it to the point that user associations with higher are much more than number go up
