i like cooking and shopping could do w/o driving and cleaning though.

that aside I have worked with some people like him (I am an executive coach) and I can confirm that especially the "back to work" agenda was a disaster for long-term cultural health bc when top A player people need a pay check they don't leave but once they got wriggle room they do. and then you are left with the B players hiring C players. what goes around, comes around. always!
