hypothetically speaking say I had $30M worth of $Wif and proceeded to market dump it all in one clip while also having a max leveraged short open on an exchange.  

1) would this work? 

2) Is this legal? 

3) If not how much jail time would I face?

1. Yea - sell clips <1% of volume;  
If you find and resistance, defend it with any clips you’ve sold for a session and then continue to dump
