why should a single platform control that value?
why shouldn't that value be explicit?
why shouldn't the creator benefit from that value?

seems good to me.

this glosses over the fact that actual economic value is very little of very many participants
all of these hyperfinancialization platforms offer the opportunity to break any and all links to that economic web
if we lean on lazy/greedy protocols, attention corrodes legitimacy.
