One of the benefits of the US is it's enshrined, in the UK it's just a norm I've had friends in London cited for things they've said in private Whatsapp groups, it's quite shocking tbh

This story seems to be - She posts stuff on FB, not clear what - Councillor makes a harassment allegation - Police go and tell her about the allegation, hear her side, conclude there's no crime and go away - Councillor gets suspended from his party Not clear to me the police were wrong to talk to her?
