I’m getting ready to head back out on the water aboard Vestri, and I can feel that familiar pull. Life on the boat is never still for long. The light, the wind, the open sky and the wildlife. Every day brings something unexpected. I can’t wait to slip back into that rhythm.

Sometimes I photograph flowers for what they are. And sometimes I photograph them for what they feel like. This one felt like intensity - colour and shape and movement all rushing toward the centre. Not everything has to be soft. Sometimes the beauty is in the boldness.

One of my favorite things about this nomadic life is how close it keeps me to nature. I see more sunrises, hear more birdsong, notice the way light changes throughout the day. It’s not always easy, but it always feels real. Slower, simpler, and somehow more connected.
