Topic of the day Health During the day I drink plenty of water and sometimes fresh juices like orange or carrot juice for vitamins. Lunch is light but healthy, often a salad with chicken or fish. I avoid snacks with too much sugar, and if I want something sweet, I eat a small piece of dark chocolate. When I feel sick, I make soup with lots of garlic and ginger to fight illness. I also drink warm herbal tea, such as mint or chamomile. At night, I do light stretching or breathing exercises to relax. Before bed, I read or listen to soft music to calm my mind. I always aim to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep because it helps my body recover.
