I'm say that if I separate from labels or conceptions of who I am, I can be more natural.

For example, if I've attached myself to being an introvert, maybe I say no to going to a party or other crowded events.

However, the party might be really fun and if I didn't label myself an introvert, maybe I'd be excited to go.
