If you hold at least 10k tokens in your wallet connected to your FC account, you are getting a budget to tip. This is coming from the token supply, so it's not your money. When you comment e.g. 50 $DEGEN, it's automatically sent from your allowance. The recipient, in this case you, will be able to claim after season.
