The U.S. Labor Department said on Thursday that 219k people applied for new unemployment benefits in the week ending December 21, compared with 220k the previous week and market expectations for 225k. The U.S. unemployment rate is currently 4.2%, which is still quite mild by the standards of the past decade.

#Bitcoin - Just like people gave up on PumpTober 1 day into October they already were giving up on the Santa Rally. I understand everyone's dopamine levels are shot but if you learn to just wait a few days and be more patient you'll become a better trader.

$ALTS - Green arrow is what I want and hope happens if we hold here. Squiggles are usually what happens though. Same outcome for those holding not using leverage. Best way to play it is 2 or 3 entries. Now to avoid FOMO if we take off, cash to buy lower at a bigger discount.

A lot of people are having a hard time grasping vertical accumulation and are sidelining themselves because they are scared by green candles. If a token is undervalued or smaller it can go vertical much longer in these conditions. Trading Q4 requires a different mindset.

I don't think meme traders get enough credit. It's a brutal and stressful job to be on screens all day keeping up with the meta and torturing yourself over selling too early, round tripping, and realizing if you just held X coin you'd be a millionaire. You can get completely lucky and hit it big on the first try, or be 1,000 memes in and still broke. This is why I don't recommend them to the average trader who my tweets are for. Most get so lost in memes they never stop. It's the ultimate dopamine addiction and many sacrifice health for memes and go numb to realizing that seven or eight figures will change their lives if they just leave. But why stop? Just one more big trade and you'll be done. One more zero. Money becomes fake, you start caring more about clout on X and flexing PNLs to your communities, and your personality becomes your largest holding. ANYONE that can make seven seven figures and walk away has my respect.
