One of the things that we need to get better at is really supporting our homegrown creators. There is so much discussion about needed more content or bringing people from Xitter or wherever here. At the same time we have teams like /bcbhshow and /gmfarcaster doing the work of producing videos/podcasts, trying to engage the community and create and perpetuate the kind of culture that can attract and retain an audience. They are just building, experimenting with format, and most importantly bringing to life FC related topics through the lens of their personalities and perspectives. Lots of potential there for future episodes, but more so if we all participate in the conversation. That's what makes this fun. 💛 So, highly recommend them to anyone that loves to let their Farcaster freak flag fly and I know that we all do. So, Let's GO! ✌️😁

I agree! And since @christin is here, let me add my two cents as someone who very recently knew nobody in this community. Christin is approachable for new, small accounts. I've seen her not only deliver high-quality content but also actively engage with accounts of all sizes, something I can't say for many OGs. And that, imho, is a sign of a true leader in any space.

Love this take. We preach all day about the benefits of being early, but rarely about the responsibility that comes with that. We are the culture makers, the builders, the network itself in both form and function through our connections, our behaviors, our frens. 💛
