Calisthenics are exercises to develop strength and flexibility that are done with little to no equipment. Utilizes body weight as resistance to perform multi-joint, compound movements. Switching it up from weight training, primarily because I have slight shoulder injury, though i'm really enjoying calisthenics and might stick with this for a while. I am seeing and feeling better results currently, probably because I am activating my muscles more effectively.
