Being regular with self development routines is the most effective form of therapy Try these: - yoga (or your fav type of exercise, walking counts too!) - sauna - guided meditation - journaling Keep doing any of those regularly for at least 2 weeks and you will see improvement!

I do well at starting a lot of these, but terrible at sticking with any of them and once I fall off it takes awhile to get back on. What sorts of things have kept you consistent with these practices on a daily/weekly basis?
