Mini app builders: I often get asked how to make sure your mini app works well in Coinbase Wallet.

One of the biggest issues: mini apps that use Warpcast deeplinks (many even buttons that say “Share to Warpcast”) where users are dropped into a dead-end logged out Warpcast screen in the browser.

To ensure full compatibility across clients, switch from Warpcast cast intent URLs to using composeCast from the Farcaster Mini Apps SDK.

will deeplink people to auth with Warpcast until they ship auth addresses which will make the whole experience more smooth!

yeah imo the deeplink to warpcast works pretty fine right now and we’re tweaking some other small stuff too, but when the auth address FIP lands this and a few other things going forward will be even more smooth
