We've been pricing lots of @coinbase and @base mints supporting artists at 0.0001. We've seen artists able to earn as much due to the additional volume driven. Love to see the new trend picking up with @moshicam also using 0.0001 (~$0.30) Anyone else doing the same?

We’ve been releasing all our Based & /yellow drops as free mints (Zora platform fee only) and so far this year we have earned more than 5 ETH in creator rewards for featured artists like @coryvanlew, @yonfrula, @sloppy, @leopastel and @ilustradoraeth. It’s a new onchain paradigm for supporting creators.

I’m not an artist, but I will say as a collector I find myself collecting like crazy at that price point. I think the volume makes up for it.

Hmm. I don't know. The 0.000777 was already quite low. But it made the transaction of value a thing, versus the extractive nature of free in ObsWeb. The way that this has changed the paradigm towards "content (and also art) has value" is extremely significant. Moving that back towards the direction of 0 will bring us back to the ObsWeb paradigm of "content has NO value". I'm not a fan of that. Going that low, will potentially create a divide where a few popular artists make some meaningful income and the bulk of artists go back to grinding in their 'free' hours. Please don't make us go back to the "content has NO value" paradigm.
