how do people get allowlisted for posting videos? there used to be a google form, but i think that’s not how it works anymore?

So, I finally managed to upload my video. I'm not exactly sure what the issue was, but encoding the video in MP4 H.264 1920x1080 with a frame rate of 23.976 fps (NTSC) worked. Hopefully, this can help other users.
