There’s this conspiracy theory that the government has miracle healing tech called “med beds” that they are keeping from us A med bed is like a healing bed that can cure any disease. The idea seems ripped off from the movie “Elysium” And it’s a whole conservative grift to sell poor people time in these fake beds. And also how messed up that of all the things ppl could want and think is being withheld from them it’s healthcare This morning, looking at this photo of Nancy Pelosi WALKING with a walker less than a month after her fall ~> emergency hip replacement 3 weeks ago I’m like ok well maybe it’s not med beds exactly but maybe they are hiding super health from us She is 84 y/o! A fall ~> hip fracture situation like what happened to her straight up kills others her age

The thing I've noticed about the right -- a credible complaint gets turned into a caricature by the time it's been fully amplified (eg. death panels, Soros, clot shot, etc) I think because the base is likely greater proportion left curve, the memetics must be more crude to resonate The left then mocks the caricature, and then kernel of truth in the complaint gets buried too deep for anyone to understand what's going on anymore In this case, the legitimate grievance is that health is a class issue. But you wouldn't see that in the "med beds" discourse lol

Med beds isn’t a caricature. It’s an actual thing that’s being sold to people and they are called Tesla Med Beds. The FDA filed a complaint about the business per my link above but it hasn’t stopped anything, and they are still operating Not mocking “Whole time I’ve been like how sad is this. And also how messed up that of all the things ppl could want and think is being withheld from them it’s healthcare” Don’t really think anyone is rw people aren’t blameless “left curve” chuds either. With “clot shot” for example I’ve seen countless examples of people getting harassed when they disclose having children with disabilities or a cancer dx, insinuating vaccines caused those illnesses
