There's a certain bar for governance proposals... and you can tell he had several drinks there before yoloing this PoS. In the rationale alone he manages to identify "because it'll be fast" as the primary benefit, use the word "biggly" and pose the dichotomoy of metaverse or fannie packs. Clearly the only options.
