Thoughts on getting married at 22?

I have a friend who’s getting married this year and it SCARED me. 

Is it a good idea to get married that early?

marriage is a personal, cultural, economic, and health-motivated decision. it's very hard to cast judgment, even when knowing both partners in the marriage well. 

i think the more interesting questions is - what scared you about two people at age 22 getting married?
