Back in Phoenix slamming bbq

Good bbq is hard to come by around home for me, so always stop by in phx. Beans are so damn good, they mix all of their various meats in with the beans

I live in Oklahoma, and there is pretty dang good BBQ. I love to smoke my own though, pretty much Texas style

I’ve been thinking about getting a smoker! LA is very lacking for bbq, would be awesome to get good at smoking meats

Nice, I’ll have to take a closer look. Hadn’t thought too deeply about the type of smoker just yet, good to get some positive feedback on the electric ones

So I generally smoke with an electric smoker out of convenience. Not the pellet feed type (I'm sure they're fine) but a masterbilt brand. 

The results are 90% at least of what you get out of a stick burner, and it's super ez. I'll load up a pork butt before I go to bed and it'll be done around noon🤘

If I'm doing ribs or chicken, I'll break out the stick burner sometimes for fun, but the electric one is legit
