Gym goers: What’s the best advice you have for staying consistent but still pushing yourself?

Don’t overthink it. The routine is all that matters. If you don’t feel like doing sports still go and only plan to do one minute. You will do more. But consistency is difficult when distance stops you, so look for something close. What worked out best for me? A sport partner. That’s how I got a routine.
