The Receipts app will only be available in the US app store starting today. 🧾 We're introducing a new economy around fitness & wellness and hoping to motivate the 1.8 billion adults in the world who aren't physically active, to be more physically active. Lack of physical activity is the 4th leading cause for death worldwide. But it's really hard to create something great and compelling for everyone, so we're starting with the US first and expanding from here. Soon, US based Receipts users will be able to use their points in-app and IRL. Much more to come here 📈

oh noo! I've been waiting for updates but not such 🥲 and whats gonna happen to the points if I dont update the app and it keeps uploading passively?

for now, you'll still be able to use the app and earn points and can still compete on leaderboards, etc. but you won't be able to redeem the points at all hoping to expand to other countries again!
