Huge news in Coinbase's fight against the SEC! The district court granted interlocutory appeal on the key issue of whether digital asset transactions in secondary markets are subject to the securities laws. The Second Circuit will now have the chance to declare the SEC wrong.

Stop whining about security councils when EVERY SINGLE MAJOR alt-L1's main bridge is a multisig bridge to Ethereum. L2 scaling is the ONLY WAY for truly trustless bridging as L2 state roots are on mainnet, meaning a bridge on L1 can verify state proofs to process withdrawals.

A really nice use case for a dark pool! If Siqi had access to a decent dark pool on Solana, he would be able to make a large trade to contribute to his daughter's healthcare and donate to the Hankinson Lab to fund rare cancer research without moving the market!

Developers can contribute to core clients in at least six programming languages, and both the consensus and execution layer specs are available in readable Python. There are forums like ethresearch and EthMagicians, plus an open discord where ideas are discussed in detail with full transparency—this also applies to the governance process in general. No other blockchain ecosystem has the tooling that Ethereum has. This one is a no-brainer, truely.

I've been quiet since yesterday because I was at an MMA and self-defense event. It was intense and exhilarating. I took hits, dealt more, and yes, there was some sweat and blood. By the end, I was completely drained. Today, though sore, I feel alive and energized !
