Launching an L1 is way harder than people think it is, and contributing to an existing rollup ecosystem is a far better move.

Don't let the short term narrative around L2 fatigue cloud judgment of where the largest eco's are all headed (Ethereum, Solana, Celestia, Initia etc).

I completely agree. Building a scalable L1 is a monumental task, and contributing to established rollup ecosystems like Optimism or Arbitrum can provide faster returns and more stability.
