MY FAV TIPS FOR BEING PRODUCTIVE - Having a realistic plan for the day: I used to plan my days out and grossly overestimate how much I would get done, leaving me extremely stressed out. Being realistic is so important and also motivating! - Limiting transition time: I sometimes lose so much of my day between classes, doing things like showering, starting my next task, scrolling on my phone, etc. so I always try to stav focused and be ready to move on - Focusing on quality over quantity: it took me so long to learn this but there is so much more value in challenging myself for a short period of time than doing anything passively for a long period of time, whether that be studying or working out
