20x400 @ 4:00/km (rec 400 @ 4:35) Not difficult for the legs. This is a hard mental training: 20 reps seem infinite. Definitely I couldn’t have done in the track. So I choose a route of 16 km and was easier to think that whatever happened I had to complete the route. No need to check at which rep I was.

That was a very smart idea. I’ve never done interval training, but I don’t like the idea of running in circles. I might do the same. 💡
