Another Vision Pro observation I had just now when discussing with a friend: you never saw the following classical AR usecase: two people together in a room, both wearing Vision Pro, in the room are some virtual objects that the people are collaborating on. The tech to do this are likely not there now.

Also I’d like to know if two person watch the same movie on a sofa, can the two player be in sync each other?

This should definitely be possible! You can already be on a FaceTime call between two ppl and synchronize playing a video or song between the two. In this case on the Vision I imagine you would both see a screen and it would be synchronized but the screens would be at a slightly different place for each person.
