Tonight was rough

While playing my first shift of ice hockey I felt a tightness in my chest

My family has a history of heart disease so I start to freak out

Left the ice and called my wife to talk to me as I got changed and found some Bayer

All signs point to heartburn but I’m shook

I feel you. Last year I had a gastritis (first time ever). I freaked out thinking it was the heart. But I discovered it only after 2 months of ECGs and a gastroscopy.

Oof two months! That’s a long time to live with that stress I’m sorry 😞
