then the Security Council gets added to to a 2/2 multisig that controls protocol upgrades

spent 5 mins psyching myself up to submit a PR to fix a hyperlink in the @base docs

not a big deal for dev-devs, but for a newbie-dev the imposter syndrome is real

going to try casting everyday of February. is there a support group I can join? 👉👈
