Yooo Coinbase is incredibly difficult to onboard as a business user (confirmation emails not sent, super long KYC experience, access to business on-boarding through a sub-menu in personal profile, support front door is a web form now, etc). Kraken KYC experience was like 30 minutes and a human hit me back same day.
