well i also think of like KYC stuff since i remember the FBI shutting multiple service alternatives to paypal down but that was pre bitcoin. tbh idk much about crypto in that way

a programmed flow launches the tokens, which is not a valid legal argument i don't think, granted i haven't specialized in it-- filtering out the reason to launch doesn't mean anything at all. the risk/reward for clanker is actually building a solution that makes the company resilient in the face of crackdown, which is not something you can do when it's occurring, but you can prepare for ahead of time
