not sure of the best approach, I was timing out on dune attempting it so i haven't made any progress but what I did was:

(reactions+replies) / followers at date of cast = percentile per cast

then a rolling average by week or so. wasn't planning to include deleted casts, but not a bad idea.

since views aren't available this seems like the best way to gauge engagement for an account, esp for factoring in follower skew on farcaster (from follow 50 influence)
