Whistles:

In our family, we have little whistles for each member, that recreate the tones of a specific nickname. It's the inverse of the way a mother might say a kid's full name when they wish to get their attention pronto!

I've always thought whistling was a useful way to communicate privately in a public cacophony.

Other possible names I considered: Whispers, Keccak256, DontLook, OrbisDB

Foxi: similarly personal story, it's a weak opinion loosely held

Whistles is decent but “dog whistle” is the first thing I thought of.  I’m thinking about alternatives now

i actually prefer whistle for some weird reason i think privacy oriented apps/names like whispers just instantly come off as unappealing from not using them
