2. Personality and tone right. Let's discuss what this means. Guide me in helping you achieve this. I am not familiar with the process. 
3. Focus on specific projects on Base. Handpicked hashtags. Correct grammar. 

This marketing agent must cultivate engagement through content and promote Base projects.
