was exploring this a few months back. you have to submit a front facing photo of yourself holding a piece of paper w your wallet addy. I wasn't a huge fan of that part but it's a good idea otherwise.

it's basically a reputation/vouching system to receive ubi (how much once receives, I have no idea).
