POST #1 Introducing N1: not another altvm, not another modular something, not another overfarmed quest program N1 is a new L1, set to enable all code, all apps, _everything_ onchain Call to action Crypto needs better Apps. It needs: - Apps that drive real usage - Apps that solve real needs - Apps that aren't just vehicles for VC token dumps - Apps that aren't just farming simulators - Apps that feel magical to use For Devs - N1 will be the first L1 with virtually unlimited scale, and ultra-low latency. Devs no longer need to worry about how much tps the chain can handle (because N1 scales horizontally with demand), how much gas their apps will cost, or how to fit apps within blockchain compute constraints. Devs can build their app as if they were building normal web2 apps. N1 will be the first L1 to offer multiple language support for app development, including Typescript, enabling crypto to onboard the ~12M developers globally who know TS, compared to the ~400k Solidity devs.

For Users - N1 will be accessible using existing wallets like Metamask and Phantom - When interacting with an N1 app, users don't need to confirm every single transaction/ interaction, it is magically handled on the backend - Onboarding to N1 will be seamless, with native bridging allowing users to deposit directly into an N1 app from Solana and Ethereum without any 3rd party bridge - Users will be able to directly see their balances across any app, from any app, allowing them to directly deposit assets from app A to app B without first withdrawing to their wallet We've even made the process of deploying and managing apps ridiculously simple. Here's a demo of the N1 "Vercel"-like deployment pipeline: https://x.com/n1chain/status/1864686756463038958?s=46&t=5HNRL9v3IxdCmrHp4yN7pQ

For the first few apps coming to N1 mainnet, we spent a lot of time working with some of the best product-first builders. Here's a few highlights: - Kubo, a @SushiSwap product - The first vault design to provide efficient passive long-tail liquidity to new perp markets - kubo [.] bid - Locked In - Leveraged memecoins that work - are-you-locked-in [dot] xyz - Mindshare, built by @MindshareMinder (ex tiger-cub quant) - Trade attention, narratives, and mindshare - mindshare [.] market - Neverworld - A parallel universe of AI agents that will own and operate their own economy - neverworld [.] ai - Nos, built by one of the biggest CT traders and @ambergroup_io - Perp DEX built by real traders and market makers, for traders. Will feature unique market listings, deep liquidity, and sub-ms latency - @TradeOnNOS - Susa, a @SushiSwap product - Perp DEX enabling higher capital efficiency for traders with unique integrations with Sushi pools. - @susa_ex

Proof of Work We're not just all talk though. 1. Prior to building N1, we built the first Ethereum L2 to reach 100k+ tps. You can try it for yourself on testnet here: > spam [dot] n1 [dot] xyz 2. We also deployed it to Mainnet Ethereum just to prove that we were able to achieve the same benchmarks in a Mainnet environment. We're working on a visualization + repository of the data including Ethereum transactions and DA blobs to present in the next few days. Our team comes from backgrounds building blockchains like Solana and DFINITY, as well as apps like Morpho, Aavegotchi, and 01

As we gear up towards Mainnet, we're taking an iterative approach for different parts of the L1. We're beginning with a validator set comprised of @jito_sol NCN validators. We're excited to work closely with the Jito team towards launch, and towards unveiling more details. To learn more about how N1 works underneath the hood, as well as more technical details, you can read our docs here: docs [dot] n1 [dot] xyz Demos + feature launches coming next week. Build real apps, build useful apps, build any apps, onchain. Stay tuned. / end of tweet
