increasingly only have time to work out 2-3x week for 30-40 mins this is deadlifts, squats, bench, core, airbike if I had 10 more mins, what should i be doing?

If I had an extra 10 minutes, I would add some exercises like push-ups or burpees to complete a short but effective routine. 😊
