Running

I cobbled together some clips from yesterday’s run to the summit of Baldy. The round trip took about three and a half hours. My quads are definitely feeling the downhill today. I didn’t notice the altitude much, probably because I was out of my element and running on adrenaline.

Baldy is part of my regular rotation as well. Very good training for Kodiak without going to Big Bear.

Look at the Crystal Lake area too.

It’s not too far of a drive from my place, so I think I’m going to incorporate Baldy into my weekly routine.
