also we'll be adding nominations so peers can refer their friends to open roles for bounty eligibility. should serve as a higher signal for a hiring team. we'll also add some reputation displays for those making referrals.

i do agree with what you said in the thread - having input fields (form components) would be a killer feature for job applications
but also input is tricky - input validations, etc…

haven't found a way to add text inputs but agree it'd be a gamechanger. Particularly for onboarding. That's one area we're focusing on tonight since all the inputs you'd want to rely to a hiring team are in our onboarding flow.
