Yet some people relish in that begging and won't hire anyone without it. They feel they're not respected if they're not begged. And after they hire someone they expect to be constantly ass kissed š¤£

nah works like social networks if you don't actively promote yourself, no one ever reaches out. there are so many talented peeps who do *not* promote themselves.
