ethereum is decentralized - it's up to you and me to build cool shit that normal people can and want to use

i think the whole ecosystem is a bit jaded so it makes sense that people are looking for leadership. it also makes sense that people look in the direction of the EF because it's the closest thing to an authority that we have

I think what we’re about to learn is that decentralized governance does not negate the need for human leaders. Humans always had an inherent need to look up to someone for vision and guidance. The trick is how do we balance the two.
