Depends on how you define network state. If it means generally improving human coordination using decentralized technologies which in turn reforms existing institutions, I'm all for that. If it means building a brand new form of government using blockchain, that one makes me a bit uncomfy.

Exploring new game theory models makes me excited, if the new models are worst than what we have atm worldwide then we just accelerate what is already happening, but if the models are better we could make it.
