After a week feeling very /nervous, my /nervous-system feels so /regulated and calm right now 

I feel like I’ve attained new highs in terms of nervous system balance

thanks for sharing. i’d be interested to learn what practices have helped you achieve this balance. i too feel unbalanced at times and have few mechanisms to help me regulate.
