Ideal game lengths: 10-20h is enough for a great story and a smallish world. Ideal for busy moments 20-30h is the optimum length. Enough to go deep into the world and not so long that you need a year or to ignore responsibilities to finish it.

Spatial videos work really well on Quest. It sucks that the library is not automatically synced and you need to upload 5 by 5, but this is an amazing feature on iPhone 15 Pro and I'm glad I get to enjoy it without Vision Pro. Definitely going to record even more now

Meta should just redo the whole Quest OS. Start from 0, focus on 1-2 use cases. One being launching applications super fast. The other possibly being doing that with friends. The OS should be mixed reality first. Productivity should stay as an experiment until they match AVP's resolution

Recently, to start or stop a habit, I found really useful to think "I am a person who does X" or "I am not a person who does X" when I'm about to avoid doing that new habit or I'm going to fall back again to a bad habit. It helps me actually picture myself as the outcome of those habits and makes it more real.
